Responsibilities:

• Manage various day-to-day administrative, accounting, and bookkeeping tasks 
• Manage accounts payable function
• Prepare and manage bank reconciliations and resolving discrepancies
• Manage and oversee ledger maintenance
• Prepare and maintain financial records and generating reports
• Ensure financial records are kept up to date by performing routine tasks

Requirements:

• Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related
• Minimum 1 - 2 years' experience in the financial industry
• Experience with MS Office and MS Excel
• Experience in handling international transactions, bank reconciliations, accounts payable processes, and multi-currency invoice processing
