Key Responsibilities

• Sales & Business Growth:
  
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities.
  • Develop long-term partnerships and convert occasional clients into contractual accounts.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and budgets.
  • Create strategic business plans to maximize value extraction from clients.
• Client Relationship Management:
  
  • Build and nurture relationships with key clients.
  • Formulate and implement development plans for key accounts.
  • Prepare and present account strategies to achieve business objectives.
• Market Insights & Innovation:
  
  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities and new niches.
  • Stay updated on market trends, product performance, and competitor activities.
• Communication & Collaboration:
  
  • Work closely with internal teams, including production and sales support, to meet client needs.
  • Report regularly to management on sales progress and market conditions.
  • Resolve production and product-related issues effectively.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience:
  
  • 3-5 years of experience in advertising, FMCG, or the retail industry.
  • Proven ability to interact with senior management and build strong client relationships.
• Skills:
  
  • Understanding of point-of-sale (POS) systems and creative branding.
  • Familiarity with printing processes and plant capabilities.
  • High-level computer proficiency to manage workflow and enhance client support.
