My client a leading company in the Construction / Modular Building Industry requires a competent and experienced Account Manager in the Northern Cape, to be based in Kathu.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Grade 12
• Diploma / Degree in Marketing or sales
• At least 3 years relevant experience in the Construction/Modular Building/Pre-fab Indsutry
• Successful track record in achieving targets
• Report writing and previous experience using and ERP system
• Ability to read construction drawings
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:
• Good understanding of sales and rentals
• Mobile units / construction product knowledge
• Market Intelligence
• Cost Control
• Must be able to use MS Office package
• Good sales and communication skills
• Energetic, target driven and adaptable
• Competent in administrative tasks (i.e. doing quotations, weekly sales reporting and lease agreement)
• Valid driver’s license
