-Respond emails from clients in a timely and courteous manner.
-Manage and enter tasks into our CRM system.
-Set priorities and assign work to ensure optimal productivity.
-Manage a heavy workload while upholding strict quality requirements.
-Verify that service level agreements (SLAs) with clients are being followed.

Who you are:
-Have a minimum of one year's worth of experience in customer service, account management, or administration.
-Accurate and really focused on the details.
-Thrives in a high-pressure, fast-paced setting
-Exceptional communication skills both in writing and speaking.
