JOB DESCRIPTION:

Midvaal
R10 000 – R15 000
Roles and Responsibility

  • Bill of Material analysis and processing

  • Stock-Take processes (end to end)

  • Stock returns and concession reports

  • Adhoc procurement and cost accounting

  • Adhoc legal documents – trademarks, bad debts etc

  • Supplier and Customers credit application vetting and approvals

  • CIPC Transactions

  • Adhoc Admistration

·         Processing of invoicing accurately and timeously

·         Retailer end to end process of orders received

·         Ensuring supplier expenses are GRVd in a timeously manner 

Monthly

  • Month End Processing and Journals

  • Sales analysis

 

Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • BCom Degree Accounting, CIMA or Similar

  • Excellent computer skills (MS Package)

  • Own Vehicle

  • 2-3 years’ experience using Pastel Evolution

  • Advanced excel knowledge

  • Willing to work overtime
