Sign off monthly creditors and age analysis

Invoicing of Debtors

Comparison of Quotes vs Delivered vs Invoiced

Client account negotiations

Apply and manage Bank guarantees/Construction guarantees

Manage Debtors and assist with queries

Debtors Reporting: Weekly and Monthly

BBBEE compliance in BBBEE entities

VAT Reconciliation and checking if invoices are SARS Compliant

Assisting Financial Manager in preparation for audits

Month-end stock calculations

Reporting on stock discrepancies

Assisting with Stock Audits

Minimum requirements:

Knowledge of an Accounting programs

Degree/Diploma in Accounting or similar

Knowledge of SARS requirements

Knowledge of BBBEE transactions will be an advantage

Attention to detail

Must have own car

Able to work 8 am to 5 pm Monday to Thursday and 8 am till 3 pm on Friday.
