SUMMARY:
Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled Accounting & Tax Administrator to join our team in Century City. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in SARS submissions and inquiries (non-negotiable), as well as a solid understanding of tax compliance and financial administration.

Location: Century City, Cape Town

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:
- Provisional and final income tax calculations
- E-filing of provisional and final income tax submissions for individuals, trusts, and companies
- Handling SARS inquiries, corrections, and audit documentation requests
- Managing SARS disputes, penalties, and voluntary disclosure programs
- Processing dividend tax and security transfer tax submissions
- VAT calculations, submissions, and registrations
- Obtaining tax clearances and handling registered representative registrations
- Transferring e-filing profiles for trusts and companies
- Performing other tasks assigned by management

Requirements:
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a similar role
- Experience in SARS submissions & inquiries (non-negotiable)
- Knowledge of Pastel and CaseWare (beneficial)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office & accounting software
- Fluent in English (spoken, read, and written)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
