SUMMARY:
Exciting opportunity for school leavers/graduates looking to work in the Accounting field. An Energy Solutions Company based in the East of Pretoria is looking for an Accounting Clerk / Junior Accounting Clerk to join their team for a 1 year contract.

POSITION INFO:
Requirements:

Matric with Accounting as a subject
Good Excel skills
1-2 years relevant experience
Drivers license
Fluent in both Afrikaans and English

Reporting to:

Financial Manager

Salary:

R8K - 12K CTC a month

Available:

Immediately

Responsibilities:
Supports the accounting department by completing basic bookkeeping, clerical and accounting tasks, for example:
Capturing and basic bookkeeping on SAGE.

Capturing and managing Excel spreadsheets.
Basic accounting functions such as Petty cash, reconciliations etc.
Control and purchase of office and other supplies.
General duties such as filing, assistance with HR forms etc.

Scope for growth:

Possibility to promote to Junior Accountant
