POSITION INFO:

If you are a creative individual with planning and decision making abilities coupled with great listening and communication skills, then this position as a senior Accounts Administrator might just be what you are looking for. Experienced in providing Accounts/Office Administration/Accounts Payable for clients. Your work experience coupled with a relevant qualification is what we are looking for.

Requirements:

• Matric with Diploma/Degree in Accounting or relevant
• Minimum of 5 years working experience
• Excellent computer skills
• Analytical
• Ability to work in a multi-cultural and diverse environment
• Good interpersonal and communication skills

Duties:

• Credit Control
• Reconciling supplier accounts, processing invoices
• Preparing of payments, Cash flows
• Debtors Control
• Invoicing, processing credit returns, statements, collections, recons, customer queries, allocations, forecast for cash flows
• Manage monthly bank audits
• Cashbook processing - credit cards, bank statements
• Reconciliations
• Journal processing - accounts receivable, expense journal
• Reports - Age Analysis, Sales reports
• Stock reports
• Procurement - Purchase orders, costing
• Assist with Internal Sales reports and administration
• General office assistant
