POSITION INFO:

If you are a creative individual with planning and decision making abilities coupled with great listening and communication skills, then this position as a senior Accounts Administrator might just be what you are looking for. Experienced in providing Accounts/Office Administration/Accounts Payable for clients. Your work experience coupled with a relevant qualification is what we are looking for.

Requirements:

Matric with Diploma/Degree in Accounting or relevant
Minimum of 5 years working experience
Excellent computer skills
Analytical
Ability to work in a multi-cultural and diverse environment
Good interpersonal and communication skills

Duties:

Credit Control
Reconciling supplier accounts, processing invoices
Preparing of payments, Cash flows
Debtors Control
Invoicing, processing credit returns, statements, collections, recons, customer queries, allocations, forecast for cash flows
Manage monthly bank audits
Cashbook processing - credit cards, bank statements
Reconciliations
Journal processing - accounts receivable, expense journal
Reports - Age Analysis, Sales reports
Stock reports
Procurement - Purchase orders, costing
Assist with Internal Sales reports and administration
General office assistant
