Accounts Assistant / Bookkeeper Tygervalley Durbanville Cape Town

Our Consultancy client in Kenridge Tygervalley Durbanville is looking for a Accounts Assistant / Bookkeeper with 3-5 years’ experience in general accounting/bookkeeping, debtors and creditors, recons of all bank statements and Gl. Experience in Foreign Currencies, invoicing and recons. Experienced in Financial Administration and dealing loading of foreign transactions. Loading Foreign invoices in different currencies.

Salary Negotiable

Hours 8am – 5pm – Monday to Friday

Min Requirements

Matric

Financial Certificate or qualification an added bonus but experience counts

3-5 years’ experience in accounts, accounting, recons, debtors creditors, and bookkeeping – general ledger working on pastel partner.

Proficiency in accounting software (Pastel Partner).

Financial Administration experience

Experience with foreign currencies

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.

Good organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Basic understanding of accounting principles and practices.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Previous experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or a related field is advantageous.

Providing accounting and clerical assistance to the accounting department
