Accounts Payable Administrator (6 month contract)

POSITION INFO:

Well established retail company based in East London are looking for a qualified and experienced applicant to join their dynamic team.

Requirements:

Must have a minimum of 3 - 5 years of experience in a similar role

Must have Grade 12

Post Matric qualification is advantageous in Accounting / Finance

Valid driver's license essential

Must be computer literate: MS Office (MS Excel Advanced) and Pastel Evolution

General:
Responsible for sundry creditor related queries and tasks and all other adhoc tasks allocated by the Finance Manager

Communicate with all relevant departments to ensure that all documentation is received timeously

Assist auditors (internal/external) with required information

Effective communication with suppliers
