A dynamic and well-established organisation is seeking a skilled Accounts Payable Officer to join its finance team. This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented individual who thrives in a deadline-driven setting and is passionate about financial accuracy and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure the integrity of financial results by maintaining compliance with policies, procedures, and accounting standards.
• Accurately record, report, and review all operating expenditures and accruals.
• Liaise with internal and external auditors to support an efficient, risk-focused audit cycle.
• Verify supplier invoices against receipts and settlements for assigned cost centres.
• Reconcile supplier accounts and resolve queries in a timely manner.
• Ensure supplier invoices and payments comply with relevant regulations.
• Maintain accurate financial records in SAP and support month-end closing processes.
• Track operational costs and assist with financial forecasting and planning.

Key Requirements:

• Education: National Diploma in Accounting or Finance (Essential).
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years'' experience in an accounts payable role, handling high volumes in a pressurised environment.
• Skills & Knowledge:
• • Strong analytical and planning skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.
  • SAP experience.
