SUMMARY:
Our client, a FMCG giant, currently seeks your Accounts Receivable experience to provide required support to the Debtors Supervisor and the Finance team.

POSITION INFO:
The Person:

Matric (with Accounting) essential.
Minimum 1 to 2 years working experience in accounting/financial field.
Excel - Advanced.
Available immediately.

Duties:
Report to the Debtors Supervisor:

Daily balancing.
Allocate receipts.
Pass credit notes for every claim received.
Resolve all queries with branches.
Process invoices and delivery-adds on the system.
Price claims/investigate and pass credit notes.
Send all invoice schedules to branches.
Prepare the debtors weekly report for the Executives.
Perform admin duties for Finance department.

Strong communication and administration skills.
Good computer skills.
Attention to detail.
Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
Ability to work under pressure.
