Are you a detail-oriented, mathematically savvy professional looking to grow your career in finance? Our client in the logistics industry is on the hunt for an Accounts Receivable Clerk to join their Johannesburg team and ensure smooth financial operations! 

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update all debtor account records (mailing lists, credit applications, etc.).
• Reconcile inter-company and foreign set-off accounts within deadlines.
• Prepare and send customer statements promptly while addressing any queries.
• Collect and follow up on all payments, including cash sale accounts and credit card payments.
• Assist in month-end reporting and ensure accuracy in financial data.
• Collaborate with customers and colleagues to drive efficiency.

What You’ll Bring:

• Matric with strong mathematical literacy (post-matric qualifications are a bonus!).
• At least 2 years' experience in a similar role with invoicing and data capturing expertise.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and knowledge of basic accounting.
• Exceptional communication and time management skills.
