Accounts Certificate (Advantage)

Requirements

Must have strong excel/spreadsheet/powerpoint presentation skills (non negotiable) - 5 years +
Must have strong organisational skills
Must be able to communicate well
Must have 5-10 years Accounts and Personal Assistant experience
2 - 3 years experience with quickbooks
2-3 years experience on SAP
Must have own car



Duties

Handle all travel bookings with travel agent
Assist with branch accounting, invoices, monthly expense reports for branch capacity
Assist with pressentations to HQ and data anlysis
All expenses and income on DEXT, Quickbooks and Sap
General administration, filing, reports, back office duties
