As an Activations Consultant, you will be responsible for providing clients with financial services and solutions through in-person interactions. If you are driven, customer-focused, and eager to succeed in sales, this opportunity is for you!
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Financial Advice:
- Offer advice on financial products and services that suit clients' needs.
- Keep clients informed about new services or updates through face-to-face interactions.
- Problem-Solving:
- Resolve client issues or complaints quickly and professionally during in-person meetings.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure clients' needs are met.
- Sales Support:
- Identify opportunities to offer clients additional financial products during face-to-face meetings.
- Work with the sales team to ensure a smooth process for clients.
- Compliance & Documentation:
- Ensure all client interactions follow company policies and regulations.
- Keep accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
