Key Responsibilities

1. Provide Financial Advice:
• Offer advice on financial products and services that suit clients' needs.
• Keep clients informed about new services or updates through face-to-face interactions.
2. Problem-Solving:
• Resolve client issues or complaints quickly and professionally during in-person meetings.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure clients' needs are met.
3. Sales Support:
• Identify opportunities to offer clients additional financial products during face-to-face meetings.
• Work with the sales team to ensure a smooth process for clients.
4. Compliance & Documentation:
• Ensure all client interactions follow company policies and regulations.
