Admin Intern

SUMMARY:
We have an Admin internship available for a candidate who completed an N6 qualification and needs practical experience to complete the Diploma.

POSITION INFO:
Minimum Requirements:

1. Grade 12
2. Suitable N6 qualification
3. Trustworthy and reliable
4. Reside in Paarl or Wellington

 
Duties and Responsibilities:

• Handle the loading and processing of invoices.
• Coordinate and maintain accurate vendor accounts.
• Manage building operations and liaise with service providers.
• Update and maintain accurate records and files.
• Process employee onboarding and offboarding paperwork, ensuring timely updates to documents and procedures.
• Prepare and compile letters, reports, and other general correspondence.
• Coordinate and track IT issues, ensuring timely resolution.
• Conduct stocktakes and maintain records of office equipment.
• Monitor and report on telephone handsets and switchboard systems.
• Perform various general administrative duties as assigned by the Line Manager.

The position is available on a 12 month contract basis.
