JOB DESCRIPTION:

Responsibilities:

  • Invoicing, debit and credit notes on system
  • Capturing of transport documents on system and reconciliation of expenses
  • Answering of requests from customers and suppliers
  • Completion of requests for payments
  • Ad hoc requests as required

Requirements:

  • Matric Certificate
  • Accuracy & attention to detail
  • Numerical skills
  • Above average computer skills (MS Office)
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills
  • Excellent communication (English & Afrikaans) and interpersonal skills with people on all levels
  • Ability to function well under pressure and prioritise tasks
