Seeking a highly organized and proactive Admin/Personal Assistant to join a dynamic team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive administrative support and assist with personal tasks to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize schedules, appointments, and meetings.
- Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls professionally.
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries.
- Assist with personal tasks and errands as needed.
- Maintain office supplies and manage inventory.
- Support various administrative tasks and projects
Qualifications:- Proven experience as an Admin or Personal Assistant.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Education and Experience:- Matric is essential
- Computer literacy (Microsoft office - word, excel, Internet
