SUMMARY:
We have a position available at a world-class provider of sustainable compressed AIR Solutions, GAS Installations and POWER Generators.  We are looking for an experienced Administrator to join the groups branch in Rustenburg.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 5 years Admin experience.
• Must have Matric.
• 2 years Pastel Experience.
• Ariba and Coupa experience will be a great advantage.

• RFQ’s.
• Load of RFQ’s on Portals – Coupa, Ariba.
• Quotes to Customer.
• Open of jobs.
• Orders to suppliers.
• Schedule of Technicians.
• Sales Orders.
• Tax Invoice to Customer.
• Load of Tax Invoice on Coupa & Ariba.
• Ordering of General office / workshop supplies.
• Debtors.
• Response on emails from suppliers, customers, and head office.
