POSITION INFO:

• Provide administrative support to the Business Development Manager
• Manage and organize office operations and procedures.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
• Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations using Excel and PowerPoint.
• Maintain accurate records and files.
• Assist in the preparation of sales reports and presentations.
• Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
• Ensure the office is presentable and well-maintained.
• Taking minutes from various briefs and meetings. 

• Meticulous and thorough in completing tasks.
• Proactive and motivated to achieve goals.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in writing clear and professional emails.
• Competent in using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong organizational and administrative abilities.
• Open to acquiring new skills and knowledge.
• Must have reliable transportation – Own vehicle is highly advantageous
• Creative problem-solving skills.

• Tertiary education is an added bonus
• Previous experience in an administrative or sales support role is preferred.
