SUMMARY:
Our client based in Midrand is looking for a vibrant and friendly Receptionist/Front of house Administrator. The perfect person for this position will have a stable track record and should also have their own transport. This is a fixed-contract position that may go permanent.
POSITION INFO:
General Reception duties.
Answer incoming calls, and also deal with walk-in clients.
General administration duties, filling etc.
Assist Sales reps with doing quotations, sending it to clients or reps, and follow up with clients.
Must have driver's license and own transport.
Should be able to assist Afrikaans clients and be fluent in English.
Must be able to work under pressure at certain busy times.
Minimum Matric / Grade 12.
Any other Admin related qualifications will be an advantage.
Driver's license and own transport necessary.
