A well-established and reputable insurance firm is looking for a dedicated Administrative Assistant to provide essential support to its personal underwriting team. The Administrative Assistant will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the underwriting team by managing documentation, maintaining accurate records, and assisting in client communications. This role is suited to individuals with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to personal underwriters, ensuring efficient workflow.
• Manage and organize underwriting documents, policy records, and client files.
• Maintain accurate data entry and update underwriting information as required.
• Assist with client inquiries and follow up on outstanding documentation.
• Ensure compliance with internal processes and regulatory standards.
• Coordinate with other departments to facilitate smooth underwriting operations.

• Matric (Grade 12) with Maths non-negotiable
• Minimum 2 years experience in an administrative role, preferably within the insurance or financial sector.
• Tertiary education within business or insurance related field highly advantageous
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
