CORE PURPOSE OF JOB

The core purpose of this post is to provide proactive and efficient aadministrative support to the Faculty of Law including general secretarial support and to assist in performing general administrative functions for the benefit of the Faculty within the Nelson Mandela University.

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS

• Provide effective administrative and secretarial support to the Faculty in whatever areas this assistance is required such as:
  • Managing and accurate capturing of marks on the ITS system
  • Financial administration functions and travel and accommodation arrangements (local and international)
  • Internal and external public relations and liaison

REQUIREMENTS

In order to be considered for appointment, candidates must possess a Matric (Grade 12) as well as at least three years’ relevant and / or working experience in which competency has been gained.
