A prestigious Investment Advisory Firm is looking for highly capable administrative all-rounder to join their impressive team.
 
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software (ERP etc.)
 
Responsibilities:
- General office duties
- Implementing client Instructions
- Assist with organizing client events.
- Scheduling appointments
- Typing up letters and reports
- Printing, scanning and photocopying
- Maintaining filing systems
