Are you a mature and experienced Administrator with a keen eye for detail?
Our client in Harrismith is looking for a highly organized Administrator to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with solid administrative experience who can take on various tasks and contribute to the efficiency of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Process and capture information accurately
- Handle invoicing and payment processing
- Manage logistics and process load details
- Obtain prices and assist with procurement
- Prepare reports as required
- Experience with tender processes and documentation (highly beneficial)
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant administrative experience
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Proficient in the full MS Office suite (Excel, Word, etc.), Sage and Xero
- Previous experience with tender processes and documentation is a strong advantage
- Fluent in Afrikaans with excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Ability to work effectively within a team and independently
- Strong time-management skills and ability to meet deadlines
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday, 08h00 to 17h00
