SUMMARY:
Stanger - We are seeking an efficient and detail-oriented Administrator to support a Senior Financial Advisor.

The ideal candidate will manage administrative tasks, maintain client records, coordinate appointments, and ensure the seamless day-to-day operation of the office.

• Schedule and coordinate appointments for the Financial Advisor with clients.
• Prepare and organize client meetings, including gathering necessary documents and information.
• Communicate with clients to ensure they receive timely updates and follow-ups.

• Assist in preparing financial documents, proposals, and reports for clients.
• Maintain and update client records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Process forms, applications, and transactions related to investments, insurance, and financial planning.

• Ensure that all documentation is in compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
• Keep up to date with changes in regulations and assist in implementing required procedures.

• Input client data and financial information into relevant software systems.
• Assist in generating financial reports, performance summaries, and other necessary documentation.

• Handle phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication for the Financial Advisor.
• Organize and maintain office supplies and equipment.
• Provide general administrative support, including filing, scanning, and photocopying documents.

• Help manage client communications, ensuring timely responses to inquiries and requests.
• Assist with follow-ups on financial goals, investment progress, and other client needs.

• Coordinate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow.
• Perform other administrative tasks as needed to support the Financial Advisor.
