SUMMARY:
DBN000032 - ADMINISTRATOR - (SALT ROCK)

Purpose of the Job:
As the Administrator, your primary role is to provide efficient administrative support to ensure smooth office operations. You will be responsible for managing data, organizing documents, handling communication, and coordinating daily tasks, contributing to the overall efficiency of the company.

Required Qualifications

Matriculation certificate.
Tertiary qualification- advantageous.

POSITION INFO:
Technical Competencies & Experience:

Minimum of 2 years of similar experience.
Capture and manage data accurately.
Utilize MS Office for administrative tasks.
Maintain and organize documents systematically.
Draft emails, reports, and official correspondence.
Schedule meetings and coordinate tasks efficiently.
Process invoices, payments, and petty cash transactions.
Assist clients and provide support to staff
