Working Hours: 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM (Half Day)
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Administrator to join our client in the Retail Industry, based in Gqeberha. This part-time role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic retail environment, focusing on administrative tasks, stock control, and data management.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

• Data Capturing: Accurately entering and maintaining data in the system.
• Stock Controlling: Assisting with stock management, including processing stock invoices and performing stock adjustments.
• Administrative Duties: General assistance with administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Processing of Stock Invoices: Ensuring timely and accurate invoicing for stock.
• Conduct Weekly Stock Takes: Monitoring inventory and performing stock checks on a weekly basis.

• Matric or Certificate (Relevant qualifications will be considered).
• Transport: Must be able to commute to and from work without any issues.
• Experience with Stock Controlling: Previous experience managing stock and inventory is essential.
• Data Capturing & Invoicing: Must be experienced in handling data entry and processing invoices.
• Microsoft Office Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Excel.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a good command of English.
• Organizational Skills: Strong organizational abilities with the capacity to prioritize and manage time effectively.
• Attention to Detail: High attention to detail and a commitment to integrity and accuracy.
• Multitasking & Deadline-Oriented: Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Typing Skills: Fast and accurate typing is a must.
