is recruiting unemployed youth for quality workplace experience through the Youth Employment Service (YES) initiative.
About the YES Initiative
The initiative was launched by the President in 2018 and is a partnership with the government and labour department to collectively devise a national plan to build economic pathways for South Africa’s youth by creating workplace opportunities for South African youth over a period of 12 months.

Stipend:  R6300,00 pm

Responsibilities of Administrator:

• South African Unemployed youth between the ages of 18 and 34.
• Must not have participated on the programme before.
• Handling phone calls, emails and other communications
• Drafting letters, reports and other official documents
• Acting as a point of contact between departments and external stakeholders
• Scheduling & Co-ordination
• Organizing meetings, appointments and events
• Preparing agendas and taking minutes in meetings
• Co-ordinating travel arrangements for employees or executives
• Data Management and Record Keeping
• Maintaining and updating databases, spreadsheets and records
• Ensuring confidentiality and proper storage of sensitive information

• Processing Invoices, payments and basic bookkeeping
• Managing Petty cash and tracking office expenses
• Assisting in budget preparation and financial reporting

• Assisting with employees onboarding and maintaining HR Records
• Managing staff attendance, Leave application and payroll documentation
• Addressing basic HR-related queries from employees

• Ensuring company policies and procedures are followed
• Assisting in legal and regulatory compliance, such as filing reports
• Keeping up to date with industry and organizational changes

• Assisting clients, visitors or customers with inquiries
• Ensuring a professional and welcoming office environment
• Managing feedback and complaints efficiently
