JOB DESCRIPTION:

Administrator - Century City - R10,000 – R15,000 per month

Our client in the construction industry, based in Century City, requires an Administrator to assist with Accounts-HR-Reception.

The incumbent must be proficient (above average level) on MS Office and (basic level) Pastel, clock-in system software experience beneficial.
Minimum Grade 12.
Well-presented and well-spoken and able to keep the ball afloat at all times in a fast paced and pressurised environment.
Attention to detail ESSENTIAL

List of duties include, but not limited to:

Order Stationery
Switchboard
Reception
Assisting Technical team on excel with data capturing
Archiving Documents/filing
Recon Sales per production program with Software program Sales
At the end of each month Recon Sales & Costs of subcontractors
Validate stock delivery notes and stock captured into production program daily & resolve queries
Clock in & Time Management
Check Daily
Enrol New Staff
Obtain all Leave Forms
Query & resolve all differences with Plants & staff
Check & validate daily clock in on time management system
Prepare time sheets for payroll monthly deadline
Attend to & resolve time system malfunctions
Satellite Tracking & Onboard Cameras
Check Satellite tracking reports daily
Satellite Tracking Installations & Repairs, Management & Monitoring thereof
On Board Cameras Installation & Maintenance
Resolve Units not working
Keep Emergency File Up to Date
All IT Matters
Radio Maintenance & Set Up
Telephone Problems - Follow Up Daily
CCTV Cameras - Check Daily

Salary: R10,000 – R15,000 pm.
