Our FMCG client is seeking a young dynamic experienced Administrator for a permanent role, based in Fort Jackson, East London: PLEASE ONLY APPLY IF YOU ARE AVAILABLE IMMEDIATELY

POSITION INFO:

Applicants are required to meet the following criteria:

Grade 12 with 3+ years admin experience in an FMCG environment
Must have financial aptitude and experience with MS Office & Pastel
Valid drivers license and own vehicle
Proficient in English & Afrikaans - both verbal and written

The successful applicant would be responsible for, but not limited to:

Credits and Damages Control
Issuing of Credit Notes
Handle GRV / Stock counts & PODâs
Quotations, Sales ordering and invoicing
Trip Sheets and management of driver activity
Control of office consumables
General administrative support to staff

Salary: R7Â 500.00 per month
