Administrator (FTC)

SUMMARY:
Opportunity Available!! Our client based in Port Elizabeth is looking to employ an Administrator to join their team.

POSITION INFO:
Job Description: 

• Assisting with Stock takes – sending the sheets through to Head office 
• Opening and running with Files – New projects
• General administrative support and office management.
• Damage Reports / Off Hires .
• Communication with various external and internal- Clients & Head office/CPT Branch etc.
• Accurate filing, this includes both hard-copy and electronic filing systems – Assimilator & Teams filing.
• Accurate data capturing.
• Responsible for general reception duties, this may include receiving guests, answering phones, receiving, and sending courier parcels and being the first point of contact.
• Purchasing of office supplies, stationery, cleaning goods and groceries, keeping stock of supplies.
• Handling of petty-cash.
• Debtors of Stores Clients – Sending Letters, WhatsApp etc
• New Contracts & Moving outs of Stores clients + accurate sheet capturing)
• Stores clients coming in to pay at POS  
• Dealing with Transporters & Contractors (Emails, phone calls, sending delivery notes etc)
• Lease Agreements & Job Cards (System)
• Quotes – Local Suppliers/Accommodation for teams etc  

• Matric/Grade 12
• Computer literacy – Microsoft Office at an advanced level.
• Valid Drivers’ licence would be an advantage
• Working knowledge of Assimilator or Pastel (Stores) would be an advantage
• 2-5 years’ experience in similar role
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English
• Afrikaans & isiXhosa will be an added advantage)
