Grade 12 
Relevant computer skills / certifications
Office administrative skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects
high attention to detail
Excellent written and communication skills.
Computer literate MS Office, Word/Excel/PowerPoint.

Process Calls / Correspondence from Sales orders
Capture and processing orders on the system
Solving problems pertaining stock / quantities etc
