SUMMARY:
We are looking to hire an Excel Administrator for an established Law Firm based in Pretoria East. The candidates need to have experience in Collections systems and an advanced Excel level.

POSITION INFO:
Minimum Requirements
- Matric / General administration experience.

Experience Required:
- Previous experience working as an administrator at a Law Firm.
- Working with Excel on databases.
- Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP)
- Working and submitting with reports.
- Attending to queries and emails from clients.
- Collection systems such as: Excalibur 4, AJS, ABSA DM & Nedbank programs.

Skills Required
- Strong admin skills.
- Excalibur 4 knowledge will be an advantage.
- Microsoft Office – Excel, Word.
- AJS experience
- Attention to detail.
- Can work fast and under pressure.
- Can be micro -managed.
- Strong typing skills – professional, fast, good English
- Attention to detail.
- Willing to learn new skills.
- Problem solving.
- Ability to multitask, handle pressure and work extra hours when requested.
