Administrator: Law Firm

SUMMARY:
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Legal Administrator to join our debt collection department. The ideal candidate will have a strong administrative background and excellent data management skills to support trace operations efficiently. This position in based in Pretoria East.

POSITION INFO:
💡 Key Responsibilities:
✅ Data capturing, updating, and maintaining records across various systems.
✅ Assisting management with requests and administrative reporting.
✅ Clerical duties related to debt collection and trace functions.
✅ Operating debt collection programs and extracting relevant data.
✅ Managing trace agent lists and loading/managing trace data.
✅ Overseeing stats, analysis, and outsourcing of trace matters.
✅ Handling difficult clients/debtors professionally.

📌 Minimum Requirements:
✔ Grade 12 qualification.
✔ At least 5 years of administrative experience.
✔ Strong administrative skills and ability to manage data efficiently.
✔ Proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, and advanced Excel skills.
✔ Ability to work under pressure and handle high workloads.
✔ Excellent communication skills in English & Afrikaans (both spoken & written).
✔ Must be a fast learner, hardworking, and self-motivated.

⏳ Additional Information:
🔹 Willingness to work overtime on Saturdays and/or during the week.
🔹 Must be comfortable working with sensitive debt collection matters.
🔹 Strong analytical skills and ability to work with large data sets.
