SUMMARY:
Well-established company based on the East Rand seeks an Administrator / Procurement Clerk to join their team!

POSITION INFO:

Minimum Requirements:

Prior experience in procurement, stock control, or administration.
Strong organizational, communication, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in inventory management systems and MS Office.
Ability to track stock levels and maintain accurate records.
Capable of handling multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

Procurement & Stock Control: Oversee purchasing processes, supplier relationships, and stock management.
Order Management: Place, track, and ensure timely delivery of purchase orders.
Inventory Monitoring: Maintain accurate stock records, perform regular stocktakes, and minimize discrepancies.
Supplier Coordination: Communicate with suppliers for quotes, negotiations, and order follow-ups.
Administrative Duties: Handle invoices, purchase orders, and relevant documentation.
Compliance & Reporting: Ensure adherence to procurement policies, monitor stock levels, and generate reports.
Cost Control: Identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize procurement processes.
