SUMMARY:
Administrator (SHE) Operations–Killarney Gardens -SHE Department

POSITION INFO:

MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB:

Assist and support the Departmental Manager with Safety related Administration and other Safety Management Routines.

Preferred Requirements:

• Matric
• Basic SHE related qualification (Nebosch; Samtrac)
• Full competence in this position is typically reached within 1 year on the Job Training

Knowledge:

• Information Management
• Incident and Accident Investigation COIDA (Act), OHS Act (Basic))
• Company SHE Policies
• Procedures and Standards
• Using Information Technology - using software and information technology to accomplish ones work.
• Knowledge of availability of computerized SHE Management systems (eg SAFE T trans) , applications and outputs, quality control
