Opportunity Available!! Our leading client in the Automotive sector is looking to employ a Administrator (SHEQ experience) to join their dynamic team in East London.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Job Description:

Executive Co-Ordinator for Managing Director
Booking & Accommodation through head office plant
Managing and Co-Ordination of reports
Organising events
Minutes Taking
Report and communicate with Germany
Manage appointments and meetings
Maintain SHE program
Control of SHE records
Maintaining of Contractor’s safety files
Ensure that SHE policy is adhered to throughout the company
Assist in and follow up incident investigation

Job Requirements:

Education: Matric and Health and Safety Qualification
Code 08 Licence [Experience in driving]
Experience: 1-3 SHE and Admin experience
Advanced Excel experience
Knowledge: SAMTRAC will be an added advantage
Car: Owning or Access to a Vehicle
Computer literacy
Filing of reports, documents etc.
