SUMMARY:
Our client in Pretoria is in search of a creative, energetic, deadline driven, detailed Administrator that has a background in Design and Marketing who has strong administrative abilities to assist the owner with all administrative tasks including Personal Assistance as well as assisting the company with their Marketing and Designing of visual content.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Minimum requirements:
  • Grade 12
  • Min 4+ years’ experience
  • Administration qualification and design knowledge is a strong advantage.
  • Fully Bilingual in AFRIKAANS and English.
  • Knowledge on any Design programs
  • Good understanding of office management and assistance.
  • Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines.
  • Well-organized with a customer-oriented approach.
  • Good knowledge of market research techniques and databases.
  • Exquisite communication and people skills in both Afrikaans and English (Speak, read, and write).
  • High attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under minimal supervision.
Duties and responsibilities amongst others:
  • Managing and maintaining everything relating to the MD’s diary.
  • Correspondence management and any other areas which may be required.
  • Perform any advanced-level of work of a complex nature including planning, coordinating, organizing and, producing of reports that require a high level of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Develop a problem-solving approach by organising problems or projects into logical components and ensuring that these are addressed and resolved.
  • Administer MD projects (when arises), including MD coordination of feedback sessions from work stream leaders.
  • Attend to any other ad-hoc activities required by the Company as instructed by the MD.
  • Support the MD in relation to private matters from time to time.
  • Assisting in organizing campaigns and implementing marketing strategies.
  • Conduct market research and analyse consumer rating reports/ questionnaires.
  • Employ marketing analytics techniques to gather important data (social media, web analytics, rankings etc.).
  • Design perflates and promotional content weekly.
  • Design, compose and post online content on the company’s website and social media accounts.
  • Write marketing literature to augment the company’s presence in the market.
  • Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the activities.
  • Assist in the organizing of promotional events and traditional or digital campaigns and attend them to facilitate their success.
  • Communicate directly with clients and encourage trusting relationships.
