We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrator with 2-4 years of experience to manage and oversee administrative tasks, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, the ability to prioritize workloads effectively, and strong interpersonal skills to liaise with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Administrative Support:
  • Manage and maintain office systems, including filing, correspondence, and scheduling.
  • Prepare and distribute reports, presentations, and documentation.
• Calendar Management:
  • Coordinate schedules, appointments, and meetings for the team and leadership.
  • Manage meeting agendas, take minutes, and track follow-up tasks.
• Office Operations:
  • Ensure office supplies are stocked, and equipment is functional.
  • Handle vendor communications and service agreements.
• Communication & Coordination:
  • Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate between departments to streamline workflows.
• Record-Keeping and Compliance:
  • Maintain accurate records, including employee data, contracts, and compliance documents.
  • Assist with audits and data verification as required.
• Event Planning:
  • Organize internal and external events, including team-building activities, workshops, and meetings.

Desired Experience & Qualification

Education and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred).
• 2-4 years of relevant administrative experience in a corporate environment.
• Familiarity with office management tools and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, SAP) is a plus.
