TRADING HOURS & SHIFTS:
- Monday - Friday 09:00 - 19:00 (open/close shift)
- Saturday 09:00 - 17:00
- Sunday CLOSED - may change based on seasonal or operational requirements
REPORTS TO: Manager / Owner

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- CIDESCO / ITEC / SAAHSP / CIBTAC / City & Guilds / BABTAC or internationally recognized accreditation
- DIPLOMA Health & Skin Care / Beauty Therapy / Somatology / Cosmetology
- BONUS - Dermal Aesthetics (not minimum requirement but nice to have!)
- Based in or within reasonable travel distance to the V&A Waterfront
- Beautifully groomed, manicured and looking the part of an Aesthetic/Spa Professional
- Confident and knowledgeable on advanced skin care and ingredients
- Confident retailer - ability to prescribe home care confidently
EXPERIENCE:
- Cruise Ship OR international employment experience is favorable
- high-end salon or aesthetic therapy experience
- Experience working with active ingredients
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS:
- Confident and skilled in all standard SPA, BEAUTY & SKIN CARE services
- Confident performing a detailed skin analysis
- Confidently perform advance skin care treatments, peels and resurfacing treatments
- Skin penetrating treatments including micro needling / nano needling / Derma Pen / Skin Pen / CIT
- Light-based therapies experience (LASER / IPL / LED)
- Ability to effectively prescribe relevant home care to clients accordingly
- Retail confident
- Confidently re-book clients where applicable
- Strong team dynamic, but able to work on your own without supervision
- Ability to work in luxury environment with high-end clients from around the world
