Aftersales Consultant - Emalahleni, Mpumalanga

POSITION INFO:
Are you passionate about customer service and the automotive industry? Join our client’s team as an Aftersales Consultant based in Emalahleni, Mpumlanaga.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist customers with inquiries and service needs related to their vehicles.
Provide expert advice on aftersales products and services.
Coordinate service appointments and follow up on customer feedback.
Collaborate with the service team to ensure a seamless experience.

Minimum Job Requirements:

Senior Certificate (Grade 12).
Valid Driver’s License.
Computer literate.
1-3 years of experience in customer-facing services.

Advantageous Requirements:

Experience in the motor dealership industry (technical).
Technical qualification.

Salary: R12 500 - R14 000 Basic + benefits (depending on experience)
