POSITION INFO:

Role and Responsibilities:
As their General Manager/Application Manager, youâll be at the forefront of the design, development, testing, and deployment of their ERP System.

Your role will involve:

Strategic Planning & Leadership: Develop and communicate a clear vision and strategy for the organizationâs application portfolio. Evaluate team performance, set goals, and provide regular feedback to drive growth and success.
Application Development & Management: Oversee the design, development, testing, and deployment of applications, ensuring high standards of quality. Monitor and optimize application performance, security, and scalability.
Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external vendors and partners, including software providers, consultants, and service providers, ensuring effective collaboration.
Project Management: Assess and mitigate risks related to application development, deployment, and usage. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and industry best practices.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience in a leadership role overseeing application development and management.
Strong knowledge of automotive industry ERP systems such as Evolve and/or Drive.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic plans, aligning technology initiatives with business objectives.
