Application Support Analyst required for a cloud-driven, SaaS company leading the way in Warehouse Management Systems!
Who?

They are changing the way things are traditionally done, from reporting to workflows, these guys are helping their clients utilise their space to it's full potential, ensuring there's no disruption to the supply chain, which has obviously been a very close to home issue throughout the pandemic.

The Role:
This role is technically varied and will present an exciting opportunity to assist users with a variety of challenging requests. You will gain exposure to a range of new technology and be given the opportunity to grow your IT knowledge, supporting business critical applications.
As a result, you will have a strong technical background supporting niche software applications and will provide excellent customer service for all users.
The ideal candidate will have a range of software application support experience and will act as an escalation point for any unpredictable, complex or significant application incidents.
Key Skills and Experience;
** Experience in a bespoke application software support assisting with technical, software and database issues
** Resolving application incidents, problems and requests for customers within agreed SLA's
** Experience with API (ideally REST)
** Experience with SQL & Graph QL
** Strong communication skills
