SUMMARY:
One of the leading recruitment groups in the South Africa, is looking for an Application Support Analyst to join their team. Candidate must be energetic and be a good communicator. Successful candidate will experience a work life balance. This is a 6-month contract with high possibilities of a permanent placement at the end of the contract.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Description:

Requirements Analysis.

Develop solutions using K2 and SharePoint.

Developing Reports.

Delivering regular and customised training to teams within the business.

High-level investigation, analytical, problem solving and trouble shooting skills.

Develop project concepts and maintain optimal workflow.

Cooperate with designers to create clean interfaces and simple, intuitive interactions and experiences.

Resolve issues with software applications and escalate or close tickets as necessary.

Education:

Min 3-5 years’ experience in the IT environment
Min Grade 12
IT Degree or Diploma

Skills:

Documentation.
Complex problem solver.
SSIS, SSRS and Power BI.
HTML, CSS and Basic JavaScript.
SDLC and Agile • SharePoint (designer and Workflows).
Creative design.
Innovative.
Service-focused.
SQL, PL/SQL 9i, XML.
K2 and Workflows.
Microsoft Office.
VB.net and C#
