Appointment Setter

SUMMARY:
Our trusted Client has a global footprint and has been around for over 20 years and is looking for an appointment setter/sales representative/lead generator to join their team.

POSITION INFO:
This role works closely with teams in South Africa, Europe, the UK and the USA.
You will be responsible for:

• Finding potential clients and quality leads through research, partner websites and internal processes.
• Finding suitable contacts for each lead/client.
• Reach out to the clients/leads via email, phone, and LinkedIn to set up meetings for the Senior Sales Team
• Capture and cross-check the data of new leads on CRM systems.
• Complete KYC documentation and various checks on behalf of the sales team.

• Previous Cold Calling / Lead Generating experience
• Excellent Phone and Email etiquette
• Knowledge of CRM software
• Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus
