Area Coaches and Regional - Hospitality & Restaurant Environment (Limpopo, Mpumalanga, Northwest)

The successful candidates will be an energetic restaurant operations leader capable of leading and directing the growth of multiple restaurants per area. Purpose:

• Provide outstanding customer service while managing profitable restaurants.
• Oversee the people, processes, and operations to drive excellence in day-to-day operations in assigned stores.
• You will be the trainer, coach, recognize and motivate Restaurant Managers, Shift Managers and Restaurant Teams.
• Support managers, plan and set goals while focusing on in-store problem solving/process improvement and set standards.
• Ensure convenience restaurant compliance and the overall operational manual and franchise agreement.
• Deploy and sustain of store merchandising strategies.
• Formulate area performance report.
• Ensure that Health Safety Security Environment (HSSE) is always implemented on site.
• Complete assigned tasks on the weekly planogram workload, including planograms.
• Sustains merchandising standards for all planograms in the store.
• Follow-up on any planogram work not completed by 3rd party providers and escalate appropriately
• Act as Subject Matter Expert for store leadership regarding in-store merchandising projects and standards, store display functionality and repair or maintenance.
• Build and maintain constructive customer and supplier relationships
• Report on competitor insight (trade area analysis) that may be affecting sales at participating sites.
• Remains up to standard with industry''s best practices

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years FMCG and Restaurant experience

• 2 years multi-unit leadership experience in either a food service or retail environment with full operational responsibilities including new asset development, rebuilds and acquisitions.
• Min 5 years’ experience in key sales merchandising and call cycle roles
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Ability to utilize various technology platforms to measure operational performance.
• Health Safety Security Environment (HSSE) and Planogram implementation experience
• Up to date with latest merchandising and industry trends and best practices
• Knowledge of merchandising standards
• Exceptional customer service and conflict handling skills
