Qualifications:

• Matric
• Relevant Bachelor’s Degree will be advantage
• Data analysis courses will be an advantage

Requirements

• Excellent command of the English language (verbal and written)
• Good communication skills
• Strong Excel
• Must be able to liaise with staff in the business as well as clients, at all levels
• Previous experience in business development will be advantageous
• 5-8 years relevant experience including leading and managing a team.

• Maintains quality service by enforcing quality and customer service standards, analyzing and resolving quality and customer service problems, and recommending system improvements.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

• Maintains companies Risk management protocols and system

Technical Skills and Knowledge

• Microsoft Office: Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Excel Advance – Macros etc.

• Analysis of Asset reunification Data
• Preparation of Presentations of Analysis 
• Presenting to Analysis to Clients
• Compiling quotes
• Running / managing projects
• Reporting to Clients
• Client Billing

1. Business and Product Development

• Regular engagement with existing clients to monitor their needs with a view to increasing revenue
• Strategic meetings with potential clients and industry stakeholders to secure new business
• Research and development of new products with an emphasis on governance matters
• Work with the marketing division to develop and refine marketing material
